Job Describtion

 

Responsibilities                      :   ·     

  • Providing and maintaning ICT devices, network systems/ telecoms, ICT Security, telephony, and data center equipments.

  • Coordinating closely with other department and IT vendor to enhance Business Support related to IT system.

  • Analysing IT System and to make improvement on best practice and best delivered to users as company requirement.

  • Maintaning IT security system related to network and company data.

  • Creating procedure and documents related to ICT system, security, and policy.

  • Auditing and monitoring IT system to fulfill applicable legal provision and regulations related to IT system.

  • Performing first level and second level ICT support software and hardware.

  • Asset Management.

  • Managing windows server as domain, exchange, data server, and extranet firewall.

  • Troubleshooting ICT system problems and implement solutions.

 

 

 

 

 

All of the above positions are permanent employees for placement in Jepara, Central Java. All position must proficient in English both written and spoken (minimal TOEIC score 450), as the position will have to interact in a multinational working environment in daily basis.
