Bhumi Jepara Service is an O&M (Operation and Maintenance) Company engaged in the operation and maintenance of Tanjung Jati B Unit 5 & 6 coal fired steam power plant 2x1000 MW under the PT. Bhumi Jati Power having its domicile in Desa Tubanan, Kecamatan Kembang, Kabupaten Jepara, Central Java Province. Currently looking for experienced professionals to join our team in the following positions:

All of the above positions are permanent employees for placement in Jepara, Central Java. All position must proficient in English both written and spoken (minimal TOEIC score 450), as the position will have to interact in a multinational working environment in daily basis. Fuel Management Staff (Code: FMS A6)

    1. Department : Jetty & Materials
    2. Superior/User : Jetty & Materials Manager
    3. Subordinate : -
    4. Education : Degree (S1) or Diploma (D3) in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
    5. Work Experience : Minimum 4 years’ experience in Power Generation, including 1 year experience in conducting fuel management.
    6. Key tasks and responsibilities include:
      • Preparation, optimizing and coordination of the Fuel Management Plan which incorporates coal shipment schedules, based on Annual Budget and Operating Plan and in accordance with Coal Supply Agreements, Coal Transportation Agreement/s, and the current generation forecast.
      • Monitoring the performance of Coal Suppliers and Coal Shipping Company/s to fulfill the contract agreement and coal shipment arrangements, and reporting same to J&M Department Manager.
      • Coordinating with the Jetty and Materials Operations Leader, and Maintenance Teams in relation to the receiving of coal in anticipating jetty & coal handling operation and maintenance, and coal stock management.
      • Coordinating and ensuring, with the vessel Agent, that all documents required for berthing and un-berthing (sailing) are obtained, and all obligations under the GOI regulations are fulfilled.
      • Coordinating with the Performance Leader in anticipating the Power Plant operational plan aspects for coal quality and coal-blending regime.
      • Preparation, optimizing and coordination of a fuel oil supply plan to align with the Operating Plan and current generation forecast requirements.
      • Planning and procurement fuel oil receiving and storage at the power block and coal handling fuel oil tanks.
      • Coordinating with Performance Leader, BJP for the purpose of meeting PPA fuel transaction requirements.
      • Conducting coal and fuel oil stock book record keeping, including arrangement with the independent surveyor for coal stock “opname” whenever required.
      • Prepare, optimize, and implement a site waste disposal plan covering all bottom ash, fly ash, and other waste disposal to recycling, landfill or other downstream management process.
      • Day-to-day and long term management of plant waste handling, including all ash and all other wastes, which includes management and control of the ash laydown area, hazardous and non-hazardous plant waste.
